I act as your part-time NLP/AI strategist and thought partner. * Monthly strategy calls and async document reviews * Quarterly ethics check-ins, policy recommendations, or LLM prompt evaluation * Custom training or workshops for staff and leadership * Slack/email support between sessions Use cases: * Ongoing support for academic NLP research lab * Capacity building for a nonprofit entering AI grant programs * LLM prompt safety reviews for advocacy tools Monthly retainer for ongoing strategy calls, reviews, and ethical audits DELIVERABLE: Monthly support + strategy docs, training TIMELINE: 3‑month minimum INVESTMENT: Monthly retainer of $2,500-$6,000 depending on engagement level
