Ideology Classification in Blogs

Challenge 

Classify Persian blog authors as “reformist” or “fundamentalist” based on discourse patterns, even when explicit political terms were avoided.

Solution

We applied topic modeling and sociolinguistic feature extraction to detect implicit ideological framing and rhetorical style.

Outcome

Delivered a high-accuracy classifier and labeled dataset.

Ideology isn't always spoken aloud. Language reveals stance — if you know where to look.
